- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Pam knew it was just going to be another one of those nights. Waking up in her coffin she took in a deep un-needed breath. Thinking about the new dancer that Eric had just hired actualy made her want to get up, but that required effort she just really didn't have. Opening up her coffin she moved off and thought about something she would want to wear. Not really caring who saw her naked was normal, girls the better and boys she could handle, or rip their throats out, either way didn't matter to her. Choosing a black dress she put it on. It was tight and came just above her knees. She wore her hair down and applied her usual make-up. Looking natural who on earth would want to do that? She put on light pink lipstick with a gloss over the top, small line of eye-liner. Mascara and eye shadow. She smiled at the mirror infront of her and moved off out of the office, it was where she slept. Looking over at Eric's coffin she didn't know if he was awake or asleep. Shrugging she walked out into the bar. It wasn't open just yet. Daisy was around but she would be doing her usual.
Knowing Eric would get pissed at her if she didn't get everything moving. She could hear a pumping of hearts outside the door. Two dancers were in place at the poles and Chow was behind the bar. Perfect, everything she needed to open. Strutting over to the front door she opened it. She made sure there were no minors coming into the bar and smiled at people as they entered. Many familliar faces came inside, people that had no lives and lived for vampires. Of course in a sense that was how it should have been. She smiled as a guy smiled at her, why did guys always think that she was interested?! Moving off when the club started to get crowded she wondered around to ensure everything was in check. Daisy could sort of the people coming in and out for awhile. Pam couldn't help but notice the dancer on the pole, she gave a flirtacious smile and carried on walking past. Moving into Eric's office she sorted through a small pile of paperwork and the mail that arrived. Obviously Eric was waiting for Sookie, again. That boy had problems with that girl.
Looking around one last time Pam moved back out into the bar. She normally drank off people but was extremely thirsty that night. She got herself a true blood and only took a few sips before throwing it away. How on earth anyone could live off that foul stuff she didn't know, it was extremely disgusting in her eyes. Moving around a few people caught her eye. She knew she wanted one of the brunettes at the bar a little bit later. She definatly looked interested. Smiling as she walked upto the bar. "Now what are you doing out here. Haven't seen you around before" Pam said smiling at the brunette. She was obviously shit scared to be in a vampire bar and her friend was the only one enjoying herself. Pam decided against the girl gave her a bored look and wondered off again. She would wait for Eric but he could be ages for all she knew.
Cause i'd rather waste my life pretending
Than have to forget you for one whole minute
They taped over your mouth

Eric woke as usual, completely stunned. He'd had one of those dreams gain, something vampires sure as hell didn't usually have. It showed feeling, and weakness. Something Eric was sure could be powerful if used against him. It had been about Sookie, again. This was getting to be an irritating reoccurance, and not something Eric himself enjoyed. Sure she was beautiful, and there was an atmosphere around her that Eric found himself drawn to, but really, it was all getting a bit silly. And now Eric was finding himself confused and powerless, two feelings that wasn't familiar to the old vampire. Pushing out of the coffin, Eric sat blot upright. It was only just dark, he still had a couple of hours until he had to get to Fangtasia. Not to mention the fact Pam would be around, well...if she'd bothered getting up at all. She was becoming increasingly lazy, and despite being her maker Eric couldn't figure out why exactly.
Still, Pam knew it was her night to be on the door, and she never disobeyed him, be it for the club or otherwise. Pulling himself up and out of the coffin he usually slept in, Eric fumbled around the place, pulling on a pair of silk boxers as he did. He would dress as normal, in a black v-neck t-shirt that showed the top of his chest just enough to make the people around him jealous and yet crave him all at the same time. With that he finished the ensamble with a pair of denim jeans and sneakers, comfortable and practicle. The only time he dressed up was in the presence of his queen or in disguise. He cocked an eyebrow at his reflection in the mirror and smiled. It was all too simple, getting the humans to fall and flounder just for a touch.
He glanced at the time and frowned. Sookie wouldn't finish work til late, she was on the night shift tonight. That made him anxious, and yet annoyed at the same time. Why couldn't he just forget about the human? Figuring it would be too much to wait for her at Merlotte's (not to mention she'd probably be in a mood if he did so) Eric took off for Fangtasia, in the hope that Pam had gotten her arse out of her coffin and was opening up. He wasn't disappointed, grinning as he arrived. Pam had a large queue already forming outside the bar. Eric nodded once to the queue and headed to the back door, he didn't want to deal with trying to get through the crowd. Too many pathetic humans were waiting outside. As he walked through the back door he bypassed his office. Tonight he felt like doing business last of all. All he wanted to do was his time on the floor, that way he could keep an eye on when Sookie came in
Heading to where Pam was stood, Eric sniggered. "I see you made it out of the coffin tonight Pam, a struggle was it?" She detested the gothic attire she had to where on the door, that was his favorite thing about making her work for the night. Winding Pam up was all too easy.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The sad thing was that Pam could sense when hermaker was deciding to move his ass to get here. She felt him as he arrived and she was still working at the door. She needed to keep check of people. A young boy came into the bar and she stuck her hand out. Then looked scared as hell, and so he should be. Stupid kid didn't know what he was getting himself into. She handed him back his ID and let him through. He was of age but only just. Standing here all night was definatly the most boring part of the night, but if Eric wanted her whilst out on the floor then she would go willingly. She knew she was lazy in a way but it never bothered her, just Eric. Everything still got done just in her own time. A regular looked her up and down, it was a vampire she knew. She hated wearing black, it just wasn't her thing. But being here required it more than most. She sighed.
Pam checked behind her quickly and saw the dancers going right away, even though they didn'texactly match the beat to the metal song. Oh well it's what they were paid to do. Looking around she really wanted someone to drain tonight, her thirst would get the better of her otherwise. Of course she wouldn't kill someone unless they really deserved it. Her acute hearing picked up the footsteps of her maker. So he actually managed to not sleep in. She wished she was still in her coffin, she wouldn't mind sleeping in there. Eric came up behind her and started teasing her almost instantly. She gave him one her looks. Not only was he teasing her about having to be awake before others he was also teasing her about her clothes. He knew how much she hated to wear black things. This dress was a little more girly than the black leather crap he normally made her wear. Of course he looked immaculate as always. She rolled her eyes.
Turning to look at her maker fully so smiled.. sort of. "Well Eric. I see you finally got out of bed. Having a nice sleep in were you? Also you have some dirt of your jeans" She said it smiling slightly. Of course he didn't really have a mark on him but it was good to tease him right back. She glared at him and shook her head. She really was happy that he was her maker, he was very good to her. Of course there was always others starting to get inbetween the two of them as of lately. She was dreading this more than anything. She let a few more people into the bar but didn't want to over crowd the place so she put up the rope. It was jam packed today, the bar had every seat taken, the dancefloor was full, a line near Eric's throne and the tables were completly filled. She rolled her eyes, it was going to be another long night.
Cause i'd rather waste my life pretending
Than have to forget you for one whole minute
They taped over your mouth
